The location is superb, offering fantastic views of Pico Island. The breakfast selection impressed me with fresh fruits and home-made goods. I appreciated the spacious room, which had a comfortable bed and a clean atmosphere. However, the decor definitely feels outdated. While I enjoyed the indoor pool, gym equipment maintenance needs attention. One night, noise from outside disturbed my peace. Although I noticed a charm in the staff's effort, their service took a while when it got busy. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs some renovation and updates to fully enhance the experience.

That balcony with the view of the harbor? Just beautiful! We spent lotsa time out there, and the outdoor pool was nice too. Breakfast was a spread, but the gym equipment coulda used some TLC. Room was lovely enough, but the door was like slammin’ every time someone came or went. Still, we had a good time!

We loved the breathtaking view of Pico and enjoyed quality family time around the lovely outdoor pool. The spacious rooms were perfect for all five of our adult children, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
My children wanted improved air conditioning. it just wasn’t effective.

The hotel is cozy and located close to the marina, making it easy to enjoy the local scene. We even took some time to play tennis nearby. The breakfast buffet had solid options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great spot to relax after exploring the beautiful surroundings.
One downside was the dining experience. the service wasn’t great, as our waiter made it awkward when we were ordering. It was frustrating, but we managed to enjoy meals in the bar instead.

great location but decor needs updating
I appreciated the good location, really close to the city center and embankment. The amazing view of Pico Island from my room made my stay special, and the friendly staff were there to help with any questions.
The decor felt a bit outdated, which distracted from the overall aesthetic of the hotel.
